3. Products and Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend products at any time.

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We take reasonable care to ensure pricing is accurate. However, if an error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at an incorrect price and will notify you promptly.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods.

A legally binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods to you and send a dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons such as:

Product unavailability
Errors in pricing or description
Suspected fraudulent activity

If payment has already been taken, it will be refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely using third-party payment providers.

6. Delivery

6.1 Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days.

6.2 Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors.

6.3 Delays

If there are delays due to circumstances beyond our control (such as courier disruptions, customs delays, or supply chain issues), we will inform you as soon as possible and take steps to minimise the impact.

Delivery will be completed within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

6.4 Responsibility and Risk

Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to the address you provided. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

7. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

7.1 How to Cancel

To cancel, you must inform us by email at support@dbtapparel.com.

7.2 Returns Conditions

Items must be returned:

In original condition
Unworn and unwashed
With original packaging where possible

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

7.3 Refunds

We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Refunds will include the cost of standard delivery (where applicable).

We may reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary.

8. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to the following:

8.1 Within 30 Days

You have the right to reject goods that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose and receive a full refund.

8.2 After 30 Days

You are entitled to a repair or replacement. If this is not possible, you may be entitled to a refund. (check limited days after 30 days)

8.3 Process

Please contact us at support@dbtapparel.com with details and, where possible, photos of the issue.

We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

All content on this website, including logos, designs, images, and text, is the property of DBT Apparel or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Any matter which cannot be excluded under applicable law

We are responsible for losses you suffer as a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms.

We are not responsible for:

Losses that were not foreseeable
Business losses (including loss of profit, revenue, or opportunity)
