A quick note before you start

These workouts are designed to help beginners get moving, build confidence and practise basic boxing movements. The technique guidance here is intentionally simple — just enough to help you perform the movements safely during your workout.

If you'd like to develop your boxing technique further, need personalised advice or want to progress your training, we always recommend joining a boxing gym and learning from a qualified boxing coach in person.

DBT Apparel is here to help you understand the basics, get started and keep progressing — not to replace a boxing coach.
